The dress code is Daytime Formal. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear suits and ties, while ladies are encouraged to wear floor or maxi-length dresses. In keeping with the wedding's theme and venue, guests are welcome to embrace "Derby Day" attire, including vibrant colors, florals, patterns, fascinators, and other race-day accessories.

The ceremony and reception are indoors in The Chandelier Room, where it is air-conditioned. Cocktail hour is on the covered open-air grandstand terrace. The forecast for Sunday in Arcadia is sunny and hot, with a high near 91°F, so plan for real heat during the hour outdoors — the terrace is shaded, and water will be waiting for you.

Complimentary parking is available at the racecourse. Please allow time to park and walk to The Chandelier Room before seating opens at half past ten.

Doors open at ten o'clock for coffee in The Chandelier Room, and the ceremony begins at eleven. Cocktail hour follows on the terrace at half past eleven, lunch is served from half past twelve, and the celebration ends by half past three. Arriving between ten and half past leaves time to park and find your seat.

Guests are welcome to take cellphone photos and videos during the ceremony, except for those seated closest to the aisle.
