Frequently Asked

Questions

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by Sunday, August 9, 2026, so we may finalize our guest count with the venue.

Are children invited?

Yes. Children requiring their own seat and meal should be included in your RSVP. Infants seated on laps and who do not require their own meal do not need to be included.

What should I wear?

The dress code is Daytime Formal. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear suits and ties, while ladies are encouraged to wear floor or maxi-length dresses. In keeping with the wedding's theme and venue, guests are welcome to embrace "Derby Day" attire, including vibrant colors, florals, patterns, fascinators, and other race-day accessories.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony and reception will be held indoors in the ballroom. Cocktail hour will take place on the covered open-air grandstand terrace. Guests can expect warm late-August Southern California weather, with temperatures in the high 70s.

Where can I park?

Complimentary parking is available at the racecourse. Detailed parking instructions will be updated shortly.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Seating will begin 30 minutes prior to the ceremony.

May I bring a plus-one?

Yes. Guests are welcome to bring a significant other.

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?

Please indicate any dietary restrictions or allergies on your RSVP so accommodations may be arranged.

What is your cellphone photo policy?

Guests are welcome to take cellphone photos and videos during the ceremony, except for those seated closest to the aisle.
